This project includes removal and replacement of approximately 57,000 square feet of shingle, metal, built-up, and membrane roofs with associated gutters, downspouts, flashing, accessories, and carpentry. The roof to be replaced are located on eight separate buildings located on U.S. Soldiers' & Airmen's Home (USSAH) grounds. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Written requests for this solicitation should be mailed to the above address, with a non refundable check in the amount of $50.00, payable to the USSAH, Treasurer.
