The response must be sufficient to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. It is required that pricing data, including terms and conditions, be included as part of the response. Responses must be received within 15 days from published notice. Failure to submit documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above.
