The scanner has the following features: provides a straight through, field proven paper transport (the paper is held firmly in place by vacuum or other means which ensures no movement on transport mechanism while carried by moving belts past the scanning heads on a straight through path); both sides of the sheet are scanned at the same time; dynamic thresholding to increase page contrast; scanner and image control for operator interface; allows zoning changes and allows endorser number to be applied to file name. The following options will be purchased with the scanner: preview monitor, ADF, document endorser and inverter. DocuScan Plus Software will also be purchased.
