A cost plus fixed fee contract is contemplated. Period of performance is estimated to be twenty-two (22) months including the final report. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources will be considered. Technical and Cost proposals are due at DNA (Defense Nuclear Agency)/AM1, Attn: Jennifer Seaton, no later than 1600 hours local time, on 17 Apr 1995. Three copies and one original of the technical and cost proposals must be provided. The technical and cost proposals are limited to 40 pages. Multiple awards are not contemplated. The DD254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be included in the supplemental package. The Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the supplemental package.
