Provide a new pre-engineered metal building in accordance with the drawings and specifications, for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. The building will erected by the Government. The following is provided: The structural section shall be clear span rigid frame with a roof slope of 3:12 consisting of tapered columns and rafters. Continuing sidewall grits, bypassing the columns and roof purlins. All grits and purlins shall be 8'' minimum ``C'' or ``Z'', sections, with factory punched holes for ease of panel connections and erections. All roof and wall pael sheets shall be painted and factory punched for ease of erection. The building manufacturer shall furnish complete erection drawings with proper identification and directions for assembling all building components. The drawings shall show anchor bolt groupings and locations, transverse cross sections sidewall, end wall and roof framing, flashing/sheeting and accessories for installation. The pre-engineered building company shall furnish to the Government all anchor bolts, with drawings for setting the anchor bolts, within 45 days after award of contract. Certification is required. All drawings and design analysis issued by the manufacturer shall bear the seal of a professional engineer, registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Design analysis shall be furnished the Government at the time shop drawings are submitted for approval. The building manufacturer shall furnsih the Government a machine for seaming the roof panels. The Government shall provide flatbed trailers to the building manufacturere for loading, in the sequence of erection. The Government will transport the sequenced loaded trailers to the erection site. Solicitation will be available not less than fifteen days after publication in the Commerce Business Daily. BOD will be at least thirty days after issuance of the Solicitation. Only WRITTEN requests for the Solicitation package will be honored. Requests must be received prior to 10 days of the bid opening to be honored. All responsible qualifying prospective sources may request the Solicitation. See note number 1. (072)
