Furnish all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, and vehicles to perform the following work: grass mowing, cleaning services, maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, herbiciding, repair electrical and mechanical systems, operation and maintenance of water and sewage systems, servicing and maintenance of Government vehicles and equipment, beach and buoy maintenance, services associated with the operation of a water resource project, including the furnishing of park attendants.
