Contract minimum guarantee of work is $25,000. Contract maximum is estimated at between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Funds are currently available only through 30 September 1995. The government's obligation under any contract resulting from this solicitation will be contingent upon availability of funds after that time. Contract term is for a period of one year. S.I.C. 1752, Floor Laying Contractors, and is not restricted to small businesses. Large businesses are required to submit a subcontracting plan. Bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Local Time, May 9, 1995. Plans and specifications will be available approximately April 6, 1995 on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
