Work includes demolition, general construction, grading, site improvements, landscape, irrigation, plumbing, medical gas, mechanical and electrical work, fire protection systems, elevator systems, pneumatic tube system, and all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work described in the construction documents. Bid documents will issued on or about 4-17-95. A pre-bid conference and walk-through will be conducted, with attendance recommended. Completion time for the project is 330 calendar days from notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is $2 million to $5 million.
