Delivery Orders will be placed against existing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) with competition limited to only those contractors already having a BOA and thereby being on the Qualified Bidder's List (QBL). The present requirement is for One (1) Delivery Order for a total of seventy-eight (78) 1:24,000 scale quadrangles for areas of Texas, Nevada, and Louisiana to be delivered FOB Destination to Denver, CO.
