83 -- SHEETING, GREEN, 72'', 50/50/POLYESTER/COTTON SOL IPI-B-1451-95 DUE 050895 POC Contract Specialist, CLARK, MILLIE, 202/508-3900 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for delivery to Federal Prison Industries, MCC Miami, florida. Item No. 1: UNICOR APECS No. FAB-1227, estimated Maximum 200,000 yards and Guaranteed Minimum 10,000 yards of Sheeting Material, 72'' wide, Green, 50/50% cotton/polyester, Commercial Designation 128, muslin, unshrunk, Type II, Class I, Style F, in accordance with Federal Specifications CCC-C-430F, dated 3/1/84 and the material requirements of DDDS-281K, dated 2/2/78. The yarn shall be a blend of polyester and cotton fiber, consisting of 50% (+/-5%) each of polyester and cotton. The dyed and finished cloth shall show colorfastness to selvage edges. Fabrics shall conform to physical requirements of the referenced specification including the following: Width: 72'' (+/-l/4)(inclusive of selvage); Color: Grayish-Green (#180); Weight: 3 1/2 oz/yd(squared)(min); Yarn count: 128(min). A test report of all required tests shall be furnished to UNICOR. The portion relating to the contractor shall be completed by the Quality Assurance Department of UNICOR. The original test report shall be furnished with the original invoice. Delivery is 45 days after each delivery order. Period of performance is date of award through one year thereafter.
