Indefinite Delivery Architect-Engineer Contract for Multi-discipline Services at McGuire AFB NJ. These services are for the design of a variety of projects for renovations, alterations, and repairs to facilities and utilities. The firms will also be required to develop contracting documents as well as perform studies, investigations and analysis on environment and infrastructure and other related items. The A-E is guaranteed a minimum of $5000.00 in fees. Total fees for this contract cannot exceed $250,000.00 per year. The contract will be for a one year period from the date of contract award with a one year option. Significant specific evaluation factors in relative order of importance: (1) Experience-particular expertise of A-E in the renovation and upgrade existing buildings and utilities. (2) Capability - Availability of experienced personnel on their staff. (3) Workload - Capability of the firm to do the work in the required time. (4) Location - the geographic proximity to the A-E to McGuire AFB (5) Prior DOD experience - all DOD contracts completed over the previous three years (6) Small business and minority firm status. A-E firms must have available or access to all A-E disciplines, including environmental expertise, necessary to complete any and all proposed governmental designs.
