SOLICITATION NOTICE: The government intends to procure under competitive negotiation procedures a Job Order Contract (JOC) which will provide a broad range of construction, repair and alterations work for multiple customers. The contract will be a firm fixed price-indefinite quantity type contract. The estimated cost range for this contract is $12,000,000 per year for a total of four years. The base performance period will be 13 months plus three 12 month option periods. Work will be issued on a Delivery Order basis. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, materials, equipment and personnel necessary to complete each Delivery Order. Proposals shall include a technical proposal and a price proposal. Proposals will be evaluated based on price/cost realism and technical factors as follows: (1) Contractor Experience and Past Performance, (2) Qualifications of Key Personnel, (3) Management Strategies. The Technical/Management Factors are in descending order of importance. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This is and Unrestricted Procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. The Small Business Size Standard applicable to the Contract is SIC Code 1629 and annual size standard $17 million.
