Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliance and supervision necessary to remove two (2) existing McQuay Roof-Top HVAC Units (a 25 Ton Unit and a 30 Ton Unit) and all their accessories and incidentals. Install two (2) new ``Trane'' Roof-Top HVAC Units (a 25 Ton Unit and a 30 Ton Unit), or equivalent, on a one story office building. Additional work involves roof structural rework, ductwork rework, installation of new roof curbs, minor roof repair, minor installation of piping, controls, electrical feeders and other necessary work for a complete installation of the two new roof-top units. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Interested concerns should as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in bidding as the prime or as a subcontractor on the project, evidence of capability to perform including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, and telephone numbers, and if appropriate a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. In addition, dollar amount of current construction bonding capability is required. The Contracting Officer will utilize the information received to make a decision to issue this solicitation as a set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) or as ``UNRESTRICTED'' without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1711.
