The patch areas are each approximately 12 inch by 18 inch, 3 to 6 inches deep. Repair includes chipping out the existing patches, sandblasting existing rebars, reaming holes, installing new rebars, and filling the holes and patch areas with grout. Plans and specs available on or about 03 April 1995 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB No. DACW67-95-B-0040 when ordering. Requests must be in writing and must be received before bid documents will be mailed.
