CNT N62474-95-R-2515 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - This RFP is a source selection procurement for wholehouse repairs/improvements to 100 Capehart family housing units. The work includes sitework, cast-in-place concrete, woods and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, furnishings, mechanical, electrical and incidental related work. The work includes demolition of existing concrete sidewalk, portions of driveway, street curbs and gutters, front porch/patios as well as certain designated trees and shrubs. This project is to be acquired by negotiation with qualified offerors based on technical and price competition. Price and Technical evaluation factors are approximately equal in weight. Technical Factor 1 will be submittal of a Project Management Plan. Technical Factor 2 will be submittal of a listing of Past Performance and experience of family housing projects similar in scope to this RFP. Estimated Construction Cost is between $5million and $10million. Contract duration is approximately 720 calendar days. The proposed contract is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1521 and the related small business size standard is $17million.
