(IFBs) from Government to industry. EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL
SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM Ft. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL
PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. HOWEVER, AS OF 1 JAN
1995 HARD COPIES WILL No LONGER BE DISTRIBUTED. All interested parties
wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send
and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB
you will need an identification code and password in addition to a
computer terminal equipped with hardware and software to interface with
EBB system. Detailed information regarding system requirements is
