Delivery FOB Destination FCI Big Spring, TX. Delivery schedule as follows: First shipment of 150 ea due within 140 calendar days after contract award and then 150 ea due every 30 calendar days after first shipment. Bid samples will be required. A site visit will be scheduled in mid April 1995 and is further identified in the solicitation (limited to 2 representative per firm). Evaluation criteria: Technical Quality, Management, Price.
