Marsocci, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X274 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, anticipates a Firm Fixed Price Contract with Silicon Graphics Inc., 1 Cabot Road, Hudson, MA. The requirement is for software support and renewal of right-to-use licenses for nineteen (19) Silicon Graphics IRIX Care software licenses. Maintenance services shall consist of unlimited toll-free telephone assistance to be provided 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, software enhancements and upgrade releases to be sent automatically. The period of performance shall be from 01 JUN 1995 through 30 SEP 1995. This is a sole source acquisition authorized under 40 U.S.C. 759 (g). Any company that is interested in this requirement is invited to request a copy of this solicitation which provides more detailed information and additional specifications. If the company, after reviewing the solicitation, believes it has the capability to meet the Government's minimum specifications, it may submit a proposal which must contain technical and cost data which shall be reviewed by the Government.
