Sutton, Contracting Officer at (505) 678-7375. The solicitation sets forth requirements for Repair/Replace of Water Lines at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, plant and equipment to construct water lines and appurtenances at various locations on WSMR and outlying sites. All work will be done in accordance with drawings and specifications. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, repair/replace of WSMR water lines. The anticipated price range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This requirement is 100% setaside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. The applicable SIC code is 1623. The small business size standard is small if average annual receipts for the last three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 million. A Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated. Period of performance will be one year from date of award with two one year option periods to be exercised. Exact project completion time will be specified in each delivery order. It is anticipated that the IFB will be issued on or about 06 Apr 1995 with an estimated closing date of 08 May 1995. Solicitation packages are available at no charge.
