Collins Contracting Officer, Tel: (671) 339-2252/3180 The contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to maintain, repair and make minor alterations and replacement of Air Conditioning Systems, Heat Recovery Systems, Hot Water Heaters, Bathrooom Exhaust Fan Systems, Dryer Vent Systems and associated related electrical and mechanical components in accordance with the requirements. Work includes the performance of service work; recurring services such as preventive maintenance and periodic operational checks; and indefinite quantity work items for replacement. The contract type will be a combination firm, fixed price and indefinite quantity. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with unilateral government options to extend at firm, fixed prices established at the time of contract award. The contract duration, including the exercise of any option, is not to exceed 60 months. Estimated cost range for all years is over $6 million dollars.
