The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to prepare and paint interiors and exteriors of various buildings located at Fort McPherson and Fort Gillem, Georgia. The proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing the Contracting Officer above written evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted without further notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Award of any contract resulting from the solicitation will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract with a base contract period and one option year period. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $160.78 per day of inexcusable delay beyond the completion date(s) established in each delivery order. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing.
