Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport, Newport, Rhode Island within 120 days after date of contract award for the first article test unit. The remaining Twenty (20) are to be provided 120 days after approval of first article test unit. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. Note 1.
