The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for a base period and four (4) option periods for a total of five years for Cranial Facial Bone Plate Systems. The Cranial Facial Bone Plate System is required for the reconstruction of Maxillo-facial structures following traumatic injuries. Each system shall consist of plates, screws, drills and instrumentation for installation of same. Units must be compatible with existing Hall Surgairtome II Surgical Drill. Systems must comply with FDA Regulations for production and marketing in the United States. The contract is contemplated to be a firm fixed indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract. The minimum quantity is 9 cranial facial bone plate systems, the maximum quantity is 25 cranal facial bone plate systems. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on/or before 14 April 1995.
