The U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USACERL) requires data management for an ``Operational'' Defense Environmental Network and Information Exchange (DENIX) bulletin board system developed by USACERL. These services shall include researching federal, state, academia, and other external data sources for environmental information for inclusion in the DENIX system, posting approved data to the system; and collecting electronic and hardcopy data from DENIX component Data Managers which requires capability for scanning and formatting for entry into DENIX. USACERL intends to award a one (1) year fixed price contract with provisions for an additional twelve (12) month option period. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. DACA88-95-R-0019 will be issued on or about 17 Apr 95 and close on or about 17 May 95.
