Lundy, Contracting Officer, (703) 875-6014 The U.S. Department of State, Office of Real Property Management, requires services for repair and maintenance of irrigation systems at the Inernational Center, located at Connecticut Avenue and Van Ness Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20008. The contract will be for one year with two one-year options. IT IS A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. The contractor will be responsible for system start-up, weekly maintenance checks and closing down the seven (7) irrigation systems. The systems consist of seven (7) Toro Controllers, approximately 82 zones and approximately 1,870 sprinkler heads. All requests for the solicitation must be made in writing. See Note 1. (0117)
