Y -- EXPANSION OF UPS AND POWER DISTRIBUTION SOL KCMO-0009-I-95 DUE 053195 POC Contracting Officer, Delia Downer, 816/926-6632 The work consists of expansion of the UPS and Power Distribution at the Federal Building, 8930 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64114. This project includes connection of a 750 KVA UPS unit, installation of government furnished battery plant, replacement of the existing 2000-Ampere automatic transfer switch, and installation of a 225 KVA computer grade dry-type transformer. The estimated magnitute of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated time of completion is 120 calendar days. A site visit and pre-bid conference will be arranged and all potential bidders are encouraged to attend. Written requests for solicitation packages will be honored on a first come first serve basis. Various plan holding publishing houses will have bid sets and a listing of all plan holders for subcontracting opportunities. No requests for bid sets will be honored when supplies have been exhausted. All responsible sources will be considered. (0118)
