(904) 452-4616. Please print in its entirety. THIS SOLICITATION HAS
BEEN SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS (SB) CONCERNS. The intention of this
contract is to provide Boiler Safety Inspections for the Pensacola,
Naval Complex and OLF Bronson Field by means of a Indefinite Quantity
Contract. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools,
materials, repair and replacement parts, test and repair facilities,
and equipment necessary to disassemble, clean, inspect, repair as
needed, reassemble, test, and set safety reflief valves as described
herein, including transportation for pick up and delivery at designated
buildings. The Contractor shall hold a current National Board of Boiler
and Pressure (Vessel Inspectors Certificate of Authorization for use of
the ``VR'' (Repair of Safety Relief Valves) symbol stamp for the
American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code Section I ``V''
stamped. There is a $25.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) fee per set of
specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the
Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.)
Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the
approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED. Hours
for picking up plans and specifications at the office location
(Building 654) are 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
