The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, intends to procure lodging for the AEGIS Combat Systems Center (ACSC), located at Wallops Island, Virginia. The required lodging must be located within sixty-five minutes of the ACSC Headquarters located at Wallops Island, Virginia. The ACSC Headquarters is three miles from the intersection of Routes 175 and 13 (T's Corner). The required lodging must be equivalent to the standards for a commercial mid-size hotel. All rooms shall be furnished with a minimum of a bed (one-full-sized bed for a single room and two full-sized beds for a double occupancy room), writing desk with lamp and chair, mirror, color television (minimum 19''), alarm clock, telephone, bureau and closet or wardrobe. Each room shall have a private bath, with lavatory, commode, tub and shower, mirror and counter. The room requirements to be procured are as follows: 19 double occupancy rooms per night beginning 30 July 1995 and ending 5 August 1995; 24 double occupancy rooms per night and 56 single occupancy rooms per night for the period beginning 6 August 1995 and ending 18 August 1995; 19 double occupancy rooms per night for the period beginning 4 September 1995 and ending 9 September 1995; and 24 double occupancy rooms per night and 56 single occupancy rooms per night for the period beginning 10 September 1995 and ending 15 September 1995. This procurement will be a 100% Small Business Set-A-Side and is restricted to qualified small businesses. The SIC code for this procurement is 7011 with a 5 million size standard.
