Background:-The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, RDT&E Division Detachment, Warminister PA requires interface cards for building development system for NAVSSI. The card will provide interface to other shipboard system and will be attached to shipboard interfaces in the NAVSSI laboratory. The cards are part of the baseline development system and are currently being used in the NAVSSI software development unit and installed aboard various US Navy ships. Three(3) VME four digital to synchro channels board card- each card shall: 1. Be a single slot (0.8''), VME Card. 2. Have 16 bit resolution & plus or minus 18 arc seconds (0.005 degrees) for each channels. No load to full load. 3. Incorporates up to four separate transformer isolated digital-to-Synchro/Recolver converters with wrap-around self-test. 4. Be a four Synchro format output, 90 volts output voltage, 115 ref (volts), 400 Hz Frequency, 60k ohm load. 5. All I/O and programming configuration must meet and be compatible with Transmagnetic Part # A5410C-35-1 digital to synchro VME card. 6. Meet all the specificaitons of Transmagnetic Part # A5410C-35-1 digital to synchro VME card (Brand name or equal). Three(3) - VME four synchro to digital channels board card- each card shall: 1. Be a single slot (0.8''), VME Card. 2. Incorporates up to six separate transformer isolated Synchro/Recolver-to-digital tracking converters with onboard self test, diagnostics, and optional velocity output. 3. Have a 14 bit resolution and 10 degrees Accuracy. 4. Be a four Synchro format input, 90 volts input voltage (V-L-L), 115 ref (volts), 50/400 Hz Frequency, 3.75/25 Tracking (rps). 5. All I/O and programming configuration must meet and be compatible with Transmagnetic Partr # B5410C-61-4 synchro to digital VME card. 6. Meet all the specifications of Transmagnetic Part # B5410C-61-4 synchro to digital VME card (Brand name or equal). All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
