A fixed price contract is contemplated with a 280 calendar day performance period. The estimated cost of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation issue date is on or about June 6, 1995, and the bid opening date will be approximately 30 days later. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
