P -- MAINTAIN AND OPERATE NAVY DEEP OCEAN ROVS SOL N00024-95-R-4160 POC 0242, C. Harting, 703-602-8116. In order to ensure uninterrupted availability of services during a competitive reprocurement in process, the Navy will be extending a ''bridge'' contract extension to its Undersea Operations Contract (N00024-90-D-4090), which provides for the operation and maintenance of Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) CURV III, DEEP Drone, and mini-ROVs representing the Navy's primary deep ocean salvage assets. The contractor is Oceaneering Technologies, Inc., 501 Prince Georges Boulevard, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772. The extension will be for a six-month period commencing 20 June 1995 and ending 31 December 1995 (or upon award of the successor contract), with an option for an additional six-month not-to-exceed period should unanticipated delays in the competitive reprocurement require it.
