Recruitment and placement of youth from the States of Montana and Utah for the Job Corps program. The Job Corps Centers in Region VII/VIII require the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of 500 females and 600 males to participate in training. The students leaving the Centers are to be placed in jobs. The program is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational, and support services to youth 16 through 24 years of age in a residential setting. The resulting contract will be for the period of January 1, 1996, through December 31, 1996, with three one-year option periods. The date and time of the pre-bid conference will be announced in the RFP. The location of the conference will be the Job Corps Regional Office, 1999 Broadway, Suite 1720, Denver, Colorado.
