Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and design work to construct approximately 324 square feet addition to the Battery room at LC 36 Blockhouse. The work consists of constructing additional exterior walls with interior gypsum wallboard and insulation, concrete floor, suspended ceiling, and roof; replacing the suspended ceiling in existing Battery room with new fiberglass suspended ceiling; relocating existing shower and potable water regulator station; extending the existing HVAC and fire alarm system to new addition; installing new lightning protection and grounding system and connect it to existing facility ground system; and removing existing lightning protection wood pole. Construction time is 210 days after Notice to Proceed. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 5 Jul 95.
