Provide all labor, materials and equipment to repair the MST whiterooms at LC-17A and 17B. Scope of work consists of inspecting all exterior and interior walls and doors; replacing all missing or corroded fasteners with stainless steel fasteners; adjust fastener for proper tension; replacing sealant beads; encapsulating fastener heads with sealant; sealing all opening on wall penetrations; replacing damaged gaskets and wall panels, replacing doors and frames; repair damaged roof panels; installing thresholds at all doors; and drilling weep holes at water dams. Construction time is 200 days after Notice to Proceed. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 3 Jul 95. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1541 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD is $17.0M. Estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.00.
