All requests submitted for the original request number will be honored for the new number. U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to purchase Graphite, Form 2 Pelletized (Densified), quantity of 28,080 lbs. The pelletized graphite shall only be produced from powdered (synthetic) graphite and water. The method of packaging shall be in 30 lb. multi- ply, kraft paper moisture barrier bags, palletized and polycovered.
