The Naval Command Control and Ocean Surveillance Center RDT&E Division (NCCOSC RDT&E Division) intends to procure engineering support services for development of Multi-TADIL LINK SYSTEM. The required effort shall require the contractor to perform development and validation of software and associated hardward systems for integration of Link-4, Link-11, Link-16, Link-22 and related joint United States Department of Defense and foreign country data link functions in applicable command-and-control systems in a multi-TADIL environment. The requirement is for a one (1) year base period and three (3) option periods of one (1) year each. It is estimated that 76,812 hours will be expended for each option year thereafter. An indefinite delivery type of contract with cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangements is anticipated. It is anticipated that one - hundred (100) percent of the required effort will be performed at the NRaD Multi-TADIL Development Laboratory, the NRaD Multi-TADIL Test & Integration Laboratory government site in San Diego, CA and on Governemnt shore sites and ships. The contractor's facility and personnel must possess SECRET clearances. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
