The complete list of the items will be provided upon request. This solicitation is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure from the original equipment manufacturer, Jet Electronics and Technology, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. (0137)
