Presolicitation Notice - The work includes furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for site preparation and construction of asphaltic concrete parking lot at Naval Hospital on First Street including concrete curb, asphalt concrete pavement with aggregate base over prepared subgrade, storm drainage system, walkways, striping, signs and area lighting, and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. The estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. Firm fixed price contract.
