Construction - Contractor must provide/furnish all labor, material (excluding government furnished property), and equipment to replace the Menominee, Michigan VOR roof. Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Remove the fiberglass antenna shelter; existing Azimuth positioner brackets; existing tern-coated metal pan roofing material,rosin paper; Replace all deteriorated wood decking; Install vapor barrier, welded wire mesh; treated wood nailers around the perimeter and wood nailer spacers to support fiberglass; Fabricate and install 16 new azimuth positioner bracket supports etc. This project has numerous work items, all work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings, specifications and other documents listed in Part III - Section J. Estimated dollar range of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. The estimated Issue Date is June 17, 1995, with a Bid Opening Date on or about July 17, 1995. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1761 (heavy Construction). Contract duration is 15 calenday days. The procurement is open to all business concerns.
