Work for Wood End Light includes sand blasting lead containing paint, prepping and painting all cast iron surfaces (800 sq. ft.), installing rubber gasket on existing parapet door, replace all astragals (10 total), replace storm panes (10 36'' x 27'' x 1/4'' panes), remove existing railing system and provide and install new parapet railing system (60 linear feet), prep, prime and paint interior wood surfaces (300 sq. ft.), fabricate and install 7' x 1' wooden ladder, fabricate and install metal locking tab on entrance door, patch masonary tower paint system (350 sq. ft.) and incidental related work.
