The scope of work includes the construction of an Administration Building at Luke AFB, Hospital. A new, approximately 2300 square foot slab on grade concrete masonry wall, steel joist, built-up roof stucco interior, and gypsum board on metal studs with lay-in ceiling with relocated sitework, and complete mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid documents including plans and specifications will be available on or about 30 may 1995. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC), 1542 applies. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
