The work to be performed consists of providing all management, labor, equipment and materils to Rehabilitate Building M7-505 HVAC and Roof - Phase I, Kennedy Space Center. The project scope requires the contractor to replace six DX-air conditioning units with chilled water air handling units at Building M7-505. Included in the work is asbestos abatement, demolition of piping, ductwork, new equipment, piping, ductwork, and insulation, controls and electrical service, and, necessary ancillary work.
