The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking qualified sources to provide all materials and labor to replace existing single-ply roof for the Garage/Warehouse Building at the Federal Prison Camp - Duluth located in Duluth, Minesota, as well as disposal of all waste materials. The possibility that asbestos containing materials and/or lead paint may be present, and interested parties are urged to inspect for such prior to submitting bids. Requests for bid packages must be in writing to the Contracting Officer in the address listed above. The estimated solicitation issue date is o/a May 30, 1995, with an anticipated bid opening date of July 7, 1995. Contract period of performance is 90 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761.
