Decoration kits and counterwraps are to be delivered to commissary locations throughout the Continental United States with multiple delivery schedules according to the season. All six seasons of decoration kits and counterwraps for use by locations Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) are to be delivered together by September 15, 1995. A total of approximately 1206 kits and 1682 counterwraps per season are required for the various locations. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis. Estimated date of issuance of the solicitation is June 11, 1995. Estimated closing date of the solicitation is July 11, 1995.
