This is a firm fixed price contract to furnish all necessary labor, equipment and materials to remove and dispose of a 10,000 gallon diesel underground storage tank and repipe diesel distribution system. Work shall be performed at Tooele Army Depot, South Area (Area 10), Tooele, UT, in accordance with technical conditions attached to solicitation package. Contractor must be certified by the State of Utah as an approved remover of regulated Underground Storage Tanks. Contractor shall begin performance within 14 calendar days and complete within 90 days after receiving notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of the construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Contract is a 100% small business set-aside. Estimated response date is 10 Jul 95.
