Roley, Contracting Officer, (404) 305-5781 This is a notice of intent to award a contract to U.S. Tower Services, LTD., 677 Southlawn Lane, Rockville, Maryland 20850 for relocating the EmergencyOperations Facility (EOF) Antenna & Tower at the Atlanta Air Route Traffic Control Center(ARTCC), Hampton, Georgia. These services will include: a. Conductsite survey to ascertain where the EOF Antenna can be relocated. b. Provide all materials and labor to relocate the EOF Antenna and Tower including a new foundation, guy anchors and wires, transport tower, anchor bolts and cable. Provide temporary antenna during this process. c. Complete installation of the antenna and test to insure that it is fully operational. Responses received within 15 calendar days after this publication will be fully considered if they contain clear and convincing documentation as proof of being more efficient, economical, and advantageous to the government. This synopsis of intent to awarda contract shall not be considered a solicitation document; therefore, no contract award will be made on the basis of any response to the notice. (0139)
