In future acquisitions, only bids or proposals offering products which are listed on the QPL or approved for listing on the QPL prior to the opening of bids or the award of negotiated contracts will be considered in making the award. Manufacturers having products which have been qualified but not listed will be given consideration and an opportunity to offer evidence of such qualification in the time interval before final award must be made.
