The air conditioner shall be one that is self-contained, vertical mounted, compact, lightweight, with dual refrigeration systems and associated equipment to control temperatures and humidity as well as the introduction of fresh outside air. The unit shall be suitable for use in -40 degrees F to +125 degrees F. The physical dimensions of the unit shall be no larger than 55.50'' high x 34.50'' wide x 24'' depth (overall) and not to exceed 800 lbs. The following components shall be included: unit mounted smoke/heat detector--2 ea; discharge backdraft damper--2 ea.; outside air economizer--2 ea; audible unit failure alarm--2 ea; unit wall mounting frame--2 ea.
