Koeppe, Phone (703)692-8030 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order under an existing basic ordering agreement with Consolidated Electronic Countermeasures, a joint venture of ITT Avionics, Clifton, NJ, and Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Baltimore, MD, for services and materials necessary to repair existing AN/ALQ-165 and associated related equipment. CEC is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AN/ALQ-165. As such, they are the only contractor with the unique engineering and technical knowledge to provide the necessary services required to meet fleet requirements.
