Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services and supervision to ALTER/REPAIR Building No.382 for Airman Leadership School (ALS) facility, at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of interior finishes, ceiling finishes, doors, frames, windows, thru wall louvers, floor finishes including asbestos floor tile, ceiling joist, roof sheathing, roofing, mechanical systems, and electrical sytems; 2. Lead paint and asbestos containing building material abatement; 3. Installation of acoustical ceiling, entry foyer, structual concrete slabs, aluminum window walls, steel roof system, fascia, insulation, gypsum wallboard on wood and metal framing systems, draft stop walls and ceiling joists, wood doors, hollow metal door frames and hardware, HVAC, plumbing, controls, power lighting, and fire detection system; 4. Interior finishes to include carpet, resilient tile and base, vinyl wall covering, staining and painting, and cultured marble sills; 5. Millwork. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The proposed contract herein is unrestricted. Only written requests will be accepted; telephone requests will not be honored.
